Description of Works
Located within the popular Lake Parramatta Reserve, the new car park constructed by North Shore Paving provides 31 much needed additional car spaces. The project consists of an open graded concrete surface, a horse shoe turning bay, subsurface drainage and extensive landscaping. The open graded concrete lowers the demand on the local stormwater system, allows for groundwater recharge and provides additional water for nearby plants.With North Shore Paving’s experienced team of engineers and site managers, issues such as design problems or unexpected subsurface material, were rectified promptly whilst providing the best outcome for the client.
